Lol. You know it yourself sugar on CNCs is just mad! I am a sugar junkie myself but that is taking the biscuit... the sugar coated with extra sugar biscuit.

Keep it up the diet though fella. I'm trying to get back into it, but its hard when my missus is away and i have to cook/dial for myself.

If you compare this to what I ate yesterday you'll probably see that I consumed a similar amount of food. Mine though was all more protein based rather than carbs and was also considerably less fat.

Firstly your breakfast.

The easiest way to improve this is obviously to cut out the extra sugar and use skimmed milk.

Although skimmed milk sucks as first you soon get used to it and then it's lovely.

A great alternative would be weetabix if you like them with skimmed milk and honey to sweeten instead of sugar.

Cup of coffee + 2 sugars. Meh. Best to get rid and just drink water but it ain't gonna kill ya.

1200 meal is so wrong. Cobs are pure shite if you want to lose weight. I'm going to guess at processed ham as well? Can you have chicken in a pitta pocket? So much better and also tasty. Obviously skip the crisps and the muller. You don't need them, they're purely there because you like the taste. It won't take long before you can happily do without.

1500. Ice cream wafers are not a good thing Smiley If you need a snack have a banana. Glass of water is good.

1730. Doesn't look too bad. Prefer to see lean / extra lean mince. Mash probably cooked with milk and butter which isn't ideal. How's the gravy cooked? Is it thetasty way where you use all the fat that dripped out of the mince? Overall though not too bad and if you eat very good all day I wouldn't mind this main meal staying the same.

Change the diet coke for water.

2000. No comment Cheesy. Different supper required please. Maybe a bowl of cereal with skimmed milk.

Lol at the maryland cookie. I fuckin love them things but they've got to go as you know.

1200 meal isn't too bad. Prefer to get it on a pitta or even better on it's own. The bread isn't necessary. Don't mind a bit of salad cream to make it bearable.

Obviously lose the french fries.

caloriewise don't think there's a lot to call between the same amount of sugar and honey but you'll probably use less honey plus sugar contains absolutely nothing of any benefit to the body, honey contains lots of goodness

Gatso's spot on. Not much difference nutritionally but honey is much sweeter so you'll need less to satify your sweet tooth.

These are pittas:

If you toast them they open up to form a pocket:

In to this pocket you are free to insert fillings of your choice:
