Gatso's spot on. Not much difference nutritionally but honey is much sweeter so you'll need less to satify your sweet tooth.

These are pittas:

If you toast them they open up to form a pocket:

In to this pocket you are free to insert fillings of your choice:

pitta bread ..i thought that was worse for me than brown bread?
especially the last pic lol.....

Great stuff Lee. Well done!!

Obviously the pizza and chips isn't great but you've got to start somewhere and you have.

As for the pittas you really want 100% wholewheat or at least wholemeal pittas.

Some bread is as good as pittas but you really have to check the labels. Wholemeal pittas are easier because you'll usually be on the right side of reasonable.

Good luck for the weekend and next week. Hope you can stick it out until next friday's treat day.

Fwiw I always used to have a treat day as well. That day was Saturday when I could eat and drink whatever I wanted. I only put this treat day in once I'd reached my target though not while I was cutting fat.

I'd never heard about garcinia. A quick google and they look like they're just an appetite suppressant extracted from a plant. Can't see them hurting one bit mate. Go for it and let us know what you think.

Use them to help cut down on the snacking though not to stop you eating your healthy meals. Don't forget you still need nutrition especially as you've got a big walk coming up soon.

Good stuff Lee.

The 1300 meal looks a bit big to me unless you're doing a lot of training. I'd cut the chicken down to about 200 and save the banana for a snack later.

You'll struggle to use more than 60g of protein at one sitting so your body has to store it somewhere. Invariably it will store it as fat.

If you don't like the pitta don't eat it. The less you eat the better.

No need to list the salad items. Eat as much of that crap as you like.

Only if you feel hungry mate.

You're trying to lose weight so if you don't need it don't have it.
