Must be done today or we face a £1000 fine  ( Says Yahoo homepage )

Tried to do it online but you need the 21 digit Personal internet access code on the front of the paper questionaire

there are 43 multiple choice questions for each person living in the house

The sex question can only be answered with  M or F

theres no box  for, Quite often , rarely or Never

Anyone done it yet

Nothing, but it's supposed to help frame government decisions.

In the longer term it might be misleading for your descendants and historians in a 100+ years time when they're doing research.
