Tried to do it online but you need the 21 digit Personal internet access code on the front of the paper questionaire
there are 43 multiple choice questions for each person living in the house
The sex question can only be answered with M or F
theres no box for, Quite often , rarely or Never
Anyone done it yet

I think if you put your career as "International Lover World Wide Playboy" it sends an automatic trigger to the Government who send someone round to check your claim. |

Nothing, but it's supposed to help frame government decisions. In the longer term it might be misleading for your descendants and historians in a 100+ years time when they're doing research. |
