estonia and germany tied for the win on 32/50 but I've given the vote to germany. ukraine and moldova on 31
france last on 5 points, uk and finland the only other single figure scores with 9
switz 1 pt, bosnia & herz 2 pt, ireland 3, hungary 4, serbia 5, spain 6, ukraine 7, moldova 8, estonia 10 points and 12 points to germany
