Two players away from making the £100,000 guarantee with 18 minutes left of level 3

Fine achievement with some of the regulars already in Vegas

Estimate 40 of last night's field re-entered

Holding flop comes      Two Clubs. Lead out get 2 callers. I check fold the turn card after a bet and call. Please go easy on me after the Fraser thing yesterday but it seemed an obvious fold. Other two have kings and nut flush

Chip leader is the London Lawyer and Vic player Will Kassoof

90,000 at 75-150. Largest stack I have ever seen at this stage

Knocked out Jamie Dale, which I told you about then another two players

"How?" I enquire, simply

"Getting lucky" he replies, with a clarity not usually associated with the legal profession

Good news for the rest of the field though, they aren't eaxctly nailed to the felt from here

easy when you bring your own chips, would have been more convincing if they looked remotely like DTD ones though Wink

Unfortunately I cannot reach the right angle to take Will's photo up on one of the far tables, hence the shortcut. Nice to know I wasn't going to picked up on it though  Grin

Mad Turk a late entrant and he is co-tabling with Thew, Grech and Nville sat in seats 1-3

I remark a propos of nothing that this could be any festival table in the UK from 2002

Neville says "no, not 2002"

I really should have thought before I spoke because I responded with

"Sorry Barry, when was the last year you won anything, 2005? Better?"

Well, someone escort me to my car later, please

Not worth the call to try and house up or was it a huge bet?
