On the back of last nights performances I'd have interest in Khan v Mayweather. I thought Mayweather was as bad as I've seen him and Khan's hand speed would really trouble him.

Khan-Mayweather reportedly won't happen for another year, as Showtime's next contracted fight is in September and Khan will be observing Ramadan until the end of July. No way he goes into the biggest fight of his career with six weeks' prep. Khan wouldn't mind Floyd being 38 either.

Maidana rematch favourite I'd say. Will do decent numbers on the back of last night and Floyd knows he beats him.

had maidana 4-1 up after 5 rounds in the end had him winning by a round - refreshing to see a fighter go for mayweather and rough him up. he didnt like it one bit
its fair to say i was well oiled by them time bieber hit the ring but alot of people scored it very close aswell
khan looked far better than i thought he would fully expected him to get knocked out

He gets huge money for whoever he chooses. Maidana caught him too many times early on and he's the style to hurt an ageing Floyd.
What would a 2005 Hatton have done to a 2014 Mayweather?

Really enjoyed the Mayweather fight, was a pleasant change.
Agree that there's not much point in a rematch.

Such a slowroll after the first judge's card...
Good fight though, and nice to see Mayweather taken out of his comfort zone for a change.
That Barry has to be the most annoying commentator I've heard in a good while, who is he?
Sigh at another 114-114.
Barry Jones won the WBO Super-Feather title in the 90s, lost it again in his first defence.
Cheers Baz, obviously a slightly better boxer than commentator

I watched the first few rounds, and figured Maidana would need to win by 4/5 to have a shout and backed the draw at 120s.
Nothing life changing, but would have been flying out to Vegas in the front of the plane if the 2nd scorecard had been the same as the first

Marky's missing Jim Watt talk about 'looking the boss', 'arum punches' and 'bang on the chin'

I think you said that about Khan before and I seconded it. He showed a bit more ring IQ last night and at 27 there's still time for him to improve.

He just annoyed me with the way he seemed to think Maidana never landed a glove, and saying he scored it to Mayweather by 9 at the end sealed it!

Also thought the Mayweather fight was closer than most thought. I opposed Mayweather last night and may continue to do so from now on.
