This is a good one. My kid's manager let's them get on with it with a quiet word of advice at half time. I've seen other managers micro managing everything jumping up and down in a pretend technical area. The players seem to look at the manager more than the ball! |

My son now plays u17 so it's not the managers that are the problem at that age, it's too much testosterone on the pitch itself but they're all like that so it is what it is. But he's now a qualified ref as well and is doing u9 to u12 matches for some pocket money - and I'm the ref's taxi. It's hugely refreshing to watch young kids play for fun and almost all the managers have the right attitude - it was two on Sunday that were bang out of order. Made me feel sorry for their players. |

I could easily spend all night posting on this thread, but I'll just start with the thing that pissed me off today:
People that stand right in front of lift doors, bus doors, (or any fakin doors) blocking the way for the people who want to get out/off
Lots more to follow - although apologies for any repetition, as I've not read the whole thread.
