100% this. It always waste's unnecessary space. It is only unethical to walk paste the queue if you are one of those people who doesn't point out the people are waiting at the bar before you. If you don't have the etiquette to point these people out, you deserve to need the queue. Agree to not having to point out the people who were there before you if they are indeed int he queue.

How can CF possibly be right, feels like a level but I will go with it.
Straight up bad manners, doesn't matter whether you agree with the system or not if that's how it is take your turn and stop being a twat. How can you possibly say yeah you shouldn't jump in front of someone if they standing at the bar but if they in a queue fuk em. Not to sound aggressive but if you tried that stunt up here and there was a queue it wouldn't go well for u 95%+ of the time.

I was in this situation in Wetherspoons the other day. There was a queue on people standing about 6 feet back from the bar waiting to be served. Not wanting to be rude I stood behind the queue but other people just kept walking past us up to the bar and getting served. Eventually I had to walk to the bar and persuade those that were queueing to come forward and spread themselves along the bar.
I think the trouble was they were not really pub regulars and were just there for a meal. They were doing the wrong thing but I could never have just walked past and ignored them. I hate it when someone queue jumps me and I always pull them up

Don't remember ever seeing a queue at a bar Thought we all just stood at the bar with imaginary numbers stuck on our head by the person serving...

Food pubs can be different I guess, where people queue up to order food at the till. Just queueing in a pub is wrong though

My bar etiquette has a direct negative correlation with my bar consumption.

Shop assistants (etc) who ask "Are you OK?" when they should be saying "Can I help you?"
I know it's current common parlance, but ffs.

Shop assistants who approach me when I'm happily browsing and don't want to be approached. Bonus points for 4 members of staff doing this within a minute.

In fairness I think it's a tough call for these guys, sometimes you want to be left alone and other times you want help and there is no-one free. Damned if you do and damned if you don't....

People driving around in the fog with their fog lights OFF but their headlights on full beam
Also, people that do use their fog lights in the fog, then continue to use them for days/weeks later.
