Sporting Index betting on this.
They make the line for the number of hotdogs eaten by the winner 57-59. The also quote a Joey Chestnut/The Field bet on the winning margin of hotdogs consumed, at 12.5-14.5.
Live on ESPN America at 5pm.
Anyone got any opinions on this? Times like this Colchester Kev would come in very handy, given his pie eating expertise and prowess.

I'm thinking a small sell of Joey Chestnut/The Field might be the way forward. Wikipedia has full results going back to 1916 for this event.

I'm guessing that after last year's arrest, Kobayashi is not competing this year, hence the high supremacy quote, so maybe a risky sell. Its a question of whether Tim Janus or Pat Bertoletti are hungry enough to get close to Joey.

ok cheers. there must be some insentive for the other contestants because they know what joey is capable of and would have an idea during training at home that they aint even coming close
