3D glasses irritate my nose as I have to wear them over my normal glasses

i was put off because my 4 year old wears glasses and wears an eye patch 3 hours a day. would he still be able to still watch the and get the benefit?

sorry to hear about your daughter and i hate to tell you that while ever she has the eye patch on she wouldn't see the benefit of 3dtv. I work for BskyB and ran a truck for a few weeks, we had people coming on the stand to check out 3D, one guy said he couldn't see it.. turns out he was blind in one eye

ok cheers. its actually my son (dont do girls got 3 boys). Alister James (Ace Jack is my biggest leak) wears a patch for 3 hours a day and we are actually at the hospital eye clinic today. i see people wearing the specs over their normal glasses in the cinema so hopefully he will get the benefit if/when we upgrade.

do you think it will be long before the tv's without the need for glasses come out over here. Hopkins suggestion to goto Dubai to check em out seems a bit excessive but then again thats how he rolls.

i don't think they will be coming any time soon tbh. Nintendo have had a lot of bad press re the 3DS giving headaches etc and when i saw one the other day i thought the 3D was terrible. if it's any consolation i wear glasses and have no problem with 3D glasses over my glasses, in fact i cannot feel any difference but i have heard people who don't wear glasses complaining about wering them for it

almost certain that that was the same one my sister has. made my eyes hurt after a while but so does the cinema because i am supposed to wear glasses but never do. great tv tho.
