One of the first people I played with onine and also one of the first I met irl shortly after. Definitely one of the funniest and nicest people I know.

A friend of his who plays in his local game said he's not been feeling too well this week, went for a swim earlier today and that is when he had the stroke. He also said Hazel got called back because he had another stroke once they got him in hospital, hopefully they're mild and he'll be on the mend soon.

I don't have many details but I gather he was at his hotel locally this morning when it happened

He is in QMC now

The hotel phoned DTD to inform them

If I hear more I will pass it on

+1 was chatting to him at DTD during the Monte Carlo and he was his usual chirpy self.

Terrible news.

I don't know him well but he seems a really nice guy.

Here's hoping for a speedy recovery.
