Whilst that is undoubtedly the case there are three teams in the b league with one quarterback only

one has brady. fair enough

one has 4 single digit weeks in 6 and averages 10 points a week, (Manning) which was my main target for a trade. this player has extreme love for peyton over and above his FF ability these days though, so i am naive lol

the other has swung from 5 to 33 points and is wildly inconsistent and goes on bye next week. set against that the offensive playcalling staff have been sacked (Stafford)

and i am offering a leading QB in the league on yards, touchdowns and points scoring

my hard luck though, i had to pick a QB up when Big ben got injured and now have an imbalance of resources with RB1, RB2, WR2, TE down already this season

Wow, I have Ryan, and if I was offered Rivers I would take him like a shot.

Like you say though, people tend to over value their players.

Manning should not be owned in fantasy football, there are many many better options kicking about. Hoyer will probably be unowned and yet gets more points, but people think that as he is in a poor team he will not get points

its also of course as bobby1 says, QB is not a scarce commodity, consistent scoring RB2 in particular is. so it can be difficult to do trades for different positions as someone has to give up a piece they like to get something they think they might not need

these leagues are interesting. i am in one league where loads of trades get bandied around each week. the blonde leagues, hardly any. doesnt make it worse, just more difficult to restructure after injuries etc

Yeah, I remember seeing Ironsides team and thinking he looks like he could do with a solid RB, so offered him Gore, worked for us both at the time.

Really happy with my team of:

Luck, Palmer

Lynch, Gurley, Martin

Julio, Hopkins, Allen, Landry, James Jones, Sammy Watkins, Snead

Bennett.

But stil only 4&3, anything can happen in this game!

Always open to offers on any players though, I love a good trade.  Grin

Had Charles & Foster in one of my other leagues with another good looking team, but now things don't look so rosy. Both seasoned within 3 weeks  Angry

What price are you offering on Manning vs Rivers rest of season tighty?

I'll keep hold of the star RB you wanted for Rivers cheers.

144 v 69 points year to date.

2452 yards and 15 TDs plays 1560 and 7.

manning has had a bye though

don't see why a 40 year old manning on a defense led team will outscore Rivers from here.

stars? i downgraded what i wanted to make it favour you, i thought rivers overmanning might take a 6-1 team to the league title, might also have given me a shot at the play offs so it could be win win

but its all opinions

QBs just arnt worth anything trade wise.  Someone in that league gave Andrew Luck away for Martavis Bryant! I doubt rivers is fetching you anything near what you want in that kind of market.

i objected to the luck/bryant trade as a league participant.

it went through anyway

The entirety of my squad in the B league is up for trade.

However, to keep it fair, I'm not going to accept silly offers even though my season is over.

Also, to make it doubly fair, no offers will be accepted until after this week's games have finished.

It's all opinions though like you say, Bryant's world and was in need or WR and like has been said on here, QB's don't have same value this year.

What's the point doing it at all if you say it's over for you?

I'm interested what people will offer me for my players. One weakness I have in this game is trading (which is why I don't do it much) and I can gain experience on values etc.

I saw your team earlier in the week and couldn't believe you were 1-6 with that squad bud but then I saw your oppos had put up 829 in 7 games. Tough to beat that mate and abs nowt you can do to stop their players scoring which is the frustrating thing.

Agreed, I have run well shit, hence why I'm gonna use this season to work on trade offers and improve on that side of things.
