We placed one of our investment flats on the market today in Leigh on Sea as we would like to start a small business and feel we have maxed out the value as we bought it as a repo 3 years ago and with the lease shortening it is a case of sell now or have to renew the lease in a few years time when we want to sell it then.

This is about as good as it gets for £120'000 in Leigh on Sea

Played the sat for a seat in the 500@DTD last night but with 25left played a hand questionably due to stack size initially (probs gonna post on pha just so I can punish myself for being a pusssssay) but not as much as my oppo who did a big river get there to leave me 400 chips  Sad
I would not have played today but would have banked the seat but need to adjust my poker total my -£94

defo one of the bigger degens around.

How much does a decent degen bet a week?.....

I reckon if you're in a job and placing bets equivalent or greater than your earnings then you're about there.

yeah - it's not the amounts its the relentlessness of the betting and the ill advised over ambition of the bets that really makes you a degen

Had a lovely weekend though and despite having to work both days and trek to work through the snow I got to meet my brothers new GF after he visited London to see the Circue Du Soleil show and we went for a meal on the Sunday.

Also Maxwell had his first outing in the snow which gave us chance to use the Baby Sledge I invested in November time whilst at DTD and in town on the Saturday I was convinced by the stall holder it would snow that week and invested £20 to find it used as a toy storage device till now!!

Quality picture, he sure does seem excited by the snow. I'd say that's the look of "ffs it's freezing out here, what the hell is going on".
