2 STEPS FORWARD 1 STEP BACK
Had 1 sale fall through today on survey but also had 2 offers on properties and hope to get both tied up before the end of the month which will make the month look fairly respectable and atm my office is doing the best out of our 3 local offices month to date!!
It's always nice to be top of the offices even when its tough as it takes a bit of pressure off.
Laura in my office passes me a bit of paper saying can i please return a property dealers call who rang me the other day and gives me his name and number name Mr D. Gen, immediately alarm bells are ringing so i think could it be Vinny or is it one of the 3 -5 people a day who we speak to that have watched homes under the hammer and think its so easy to make money from property without realising the programmes they are watching are from 2000-2007 and even a monkey could have bought a property in those days and sat on it and made a few quid selling it 6 months later.
I type the number in my phone and no-one recognised shows up but as soon as i dial the number and a scottish voice answers i think hmmmmmmmmm "Hi Mr Gen" i say and even though i think it Vinny i cant tell him to **** off incase i am wrong, then i hear the laugh and i know i have been had over

He was
inviting me to dinner at the "G" Thursday with Pretty Boy Alex Martin and Marky147 but i cant make it as I am playing the Circus Luton £200 and its impossible to get a pass out from Petra for Thurs with him and then Saturday (day1b) and then Sunday if day2 is made then Nottingham next weekend Fri-Sun.
