WORK WORK WORK
Its still tough but we have lots of 2nd viewings going into the weekend so hopefully a few deals will come from this!
I was driving to work this morning thinking its not all bad, I get up spend half an hour with Petra and Maxwell before driving 2miniutes when i reach the seafront and then i drive 5 miles along the front which is agreat drive at that time in the morning especially when the tide is in and you have the window open smelling the fresh air.
You always see the same people, ie the joggers some with prams and dogs, the mums on the school runs, the shop owners putting out the tables and chairs outside the cafes along the front and a really interesting guy who i see every day who starts at the Chalkwell end of the seafront and walks all 5 miles on the way to work with a paper under his arm who stops at all the parking meters (every 100 yds or so) and checks to see if anyone has left any coins in the bottom bit. I always wonder if this is a fruitless task or whether he actually finds a few quid on a daily basis to buy his lunch!!
Anyway off to value a 15 bedroom carehome now which sounds like a good business as the owner gets £500 per week per patient and has always 10plus in there!!

Dissapointed that when someone asks about a 20k deposit, you can't put together a sensible plan for them involving 6folds and up to a £1 stake.
NH obv Maldini should keep following me in the challenge as i am defo going to get thereeeeeeeee!!

We just got bid accepted and accepted an offer for our house. So hopefully we move in 5-6 weeks. The very best mortgage deals available to us was those with 70-80% equity, alot of the ones with under 50% equity took the piss no end.

Oh yeah the better % the better in fact i know people who have got 25% but then took a last minute loan for the extra 5% as they were a few thousand better off at the end of the 3-5year loan having paid that off and the difference in rate they achieved!!

Is Clacton October or November? if October no can do as will be playing a deepstack cant remember if its Bham or London lmk
If its November your welcome to get to Leigh and i will drive you over!!
It's the last week in November 25th-27th inclusive. I'm coming up on Friday morning and staying until Monday so it's prob just easier for me to make my own way over there. Thanks for the offer though it's appreciated, I can sort assistance out at the train stations if needs be anyway and that should eliminate any real problems.
The comps will be a mixture of good players and some real local value I would imagine, I can't be 100% but that's the feeling I get from talking to the guys I know about previous weekends there. They're great fun too and a lot of good guys will be there.

Bullet 3 Bet 2
I layed Dagenham in bet 1 at home v Southend and I am laying Dagenham in bet 2 away this time at Cheltenham as Cheltenham are higher up the league with a good home record v some good sides this year so my £63.23 wins £27.49 before comm.

ESO'S HORSE OF THE DAY!!
I backed this horse last time and it finished second, unfortunately its not much of a price today as they have put it in a maiden however it has been entered in loads of handicaps over the past week and they have decided on running it here i assume to get a win before winning a few handicaps!!
DUCAL 5.50 Wolverhampton
I stress this is not a tip just a horse i have a note on as it has already run at Wolverhampton and finished a bit too late.
It is only going to be around 5/4 but hopefully a winners a winner!!
Lol - I get plenty of info from this yard, my source is currently under a bus after Position cost us collectively at one table £150k at Kemoton last night...my part was the small part but still five figures. I never share as I'd get shot, but if I do get to speak to him I'll PM you. I am off to think of ways to win back the losses on a big downswing week all round ha ha. Luton Friday?
