DAY OFF TODAY!
Tied up 2 sales yesterday and working on 2 biggies for weekend so work is ok and today is my day off so took Maxwell and Bentley for a walk to get the papers, cooked some ham and eggs and now Maxwell is having a kip before we go to BABY SENSORY class.
I have never been to one of these before so am going to sit a watch them exercising all the senses and maybe do it with him next week!!
Baby sensory classes? WTF? Why? Its a "LEIGH ON SEA" thing all these classes are a reason for the mums and kids to get together and then they all meet up for coffee and support the local economy You need to watch TOWIE m8 to see what life here is like!!!

CARRIG AN UISCE
This horse was part owned by a fella i met at the casino in Southend and he said it was a horse that needed 2m-2m2f max and good or good to soft ground and that the next time it was out they were trying with it so it was definitely worth a bet.
Flush with my drink money from the house i was prepared to invest £500 on it and whilst i can remember the early prices i think it was around 5/1, luckily in the area i worked there were loads of bookies in a mile radius so armed with £1000 of mine and a few of the boys monies i set about going to 7-8 shops in 1 mile radius and placing 2 bets in each shops of £30-50 trebles with the other 2 horses both non runners so it all went onto Carrig.
If anyone has a subscription to theracingpost.com and can watch the race it was amazing as you will never see a jockey try so hard for the win as having taken the lead he was having to really keep the horse going and then 2 horses came upsides but luckily for us the run in at Downpatrick really tightens up and the horses came together with Carrig's Jockey virtually shoving the others into the railings and despite a rally from the second horse we held on for a 1/2 length victory.
Carrig an uisce was disqualified and place 3rd but all the bookies i placed the bets with were "first past the post" and we collected. The horse never came out after that for a couple of years and i have never seen the part owner since to find out whether they bet it at the course of were as lucky as I was.....

NOT TIPS JUST HORSES TODAY I LIKE!!
Dont really like it when so many out on the same day from the book as it can be an expensive day but what can you do??
5.10 Brighton
SLUGGSY MORANT - This horse ran second behind SIRIUS PROSPECT at windsor over 6f and was staying on at the end and Sirius has obviously improved massively but Sluggsy ran a couple of 4ths over 7f and was dropped back to 6f and won at Goodwood and then came out and ran a decent race at N/mkt staying on over 6f at the end, today Dane O'Neill is back on and this is my main fancy of the day and is an each way price!! however..
Night Trade runs in the same race and was in the goodwood race also finishing 3rd and has since run 2 solid races at Goodwood so I am having a saver on this as I expect the Brighton course to suit these quirky types i hope Sluggsy stays on well up the hill though.
8.10 Wolverhampton DUCAL is back out having earnt us a few quid last time they are back in a handicap and off the same mark as it won the maiden off, its had a few entries since that win but they have chosen to bring it out here could it run up a small sequence of wins?? If Ducal wins expect this next one to shorten up even further but its short anyway When I put up Ducal as a fancy ACTIONMAN TRIGG put up Good Authority 8.40 Wolverhampton as one against us and if you watched the race we were quite lucky as Dazzler Holland had the 2nd in a tez position and couldnt quite get past us once we had first run, its only around 6/5 today but surely should win tonight!!
I'm going to back the 2 in the 5.10 then if one of them wins stick a bit on Ducal if not I shall have a double on the 2 wolves horses and shall have a treble at the early odds on SLUGGSY/DUCAL/GOOD AUTHORITY

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
The stable jockey just texted me "KINGS N DREAMS" 8.10 Wolverhampton but this is Ducals race so i replied "Really its a big price on BF!" He said yes but I'm not so sure but I have had loads of winners from him so it would be rude not to back it so i have had all the fancy prices on BF that were there £25 on the win at prices from 23-27 and £30 on the place market at 5.5 - 6.6
I dunno not sure myself although K.Fallon is booked to ride and is 2-2 on the horse...
