Managed to cadge a lift to Luton from a Southend Local and decided to play their monthly £75 tourney which Vinny chopped last month so it cant be that hard
drew the nut seat ip to this guy who has to play every pot and even though its a tourney open straddles cos he is bored, unfortunately i couldnt find anything to best him with so others managed to get his discs within 2 levels.
I didnt really get started in the comp until level 4 when 3 betting a passive chinaman's open with
and flopping
which he donk led and i flatted turned the house flatted again and took him to value town on the
river to nearly double through, with plenty of chippies and a soft table i got busy thanks to the excellent railing of Scillidonk who had got trappy and was now killing some time before the blackjack got him. I taught him a new more exciting way of opening up your cards and also how to expertly play
from utg+1 and he showed me that he has no standards on the women front eyeing up someone who looked like this in fact her outfit probs cost £8.99 but she was only wearing £5.99 of it!!

To be fair Donk is a legendary railer as he obv gets lots of practice, and i showed him how to take beats and hand them out accordingly and just sit and suck it up after
my
loses to
and
v
but i had my luck with Jacks beating Kings and
otb beating a shorties shove with
TBH i could have been out the tourney a couple of times before all this with a granite who folded
having cold called a 4 bet folding to an overbet shove on
and showing so when i 3b the button to imo the only other decent player on the table with
and picking up the rock of gibraltar in the bb and the o/r i had just under a pot sized bet left which having seen them both check check jammed on a 6 high dd board and he dwell folds
.
I ran well in the last level of the night when in the penultimate hand utg who having just got to the table and seen his mate ko'd on another table declares he does not wish to come back tomorrow even though he has 60k infront of him, shoves blind and loses to JJ of the WPIL and then shoves his 15k next hand on my SB with the decent player cold calling from a 50k stack to which i Jam
and the cold caller folds a poor A and I hold v
then came my final hand spew!
I levelled myself with
otb and when the BB raised into 3 of us i felt knowing the player he is light a big % of the time and 4 bet committing myself to his jam and this time didnt beat his
so am coming back today with 42k with blinds at 8/1600/100 on an hour clock and 40 players left, they reckon it can go on for ages due to the clock but I shall be playing ftw....
