Had a little punt on the spreads buying TD minutes for Rob Gronkowski @ 16.
He's the more likely red zone target compared to Hernandez, so there's a reasonable chance he scores at least once. The downside is limited so worth a little punt.
Also done the same bet on Willis McGahee @ 14 in the 2nd game. Historically he's been a touchdown vulture and the Broncos will be much more of a run-based offense under John Fox this season so I expect him to get a few opportunities around the end zone. It's not relevant to the bet, but I think McGahee will get a greater share of the workload rather than being a pure backup/3rd down back behind Moreno this year.
It the sort of bet where I could easily be waking up to 2x nil points, but I think they're both up there as likely scorers tonight.

Well we got spanked, I said Brady would get 400+ somehow he manages 500+!
Loads of positives to take from the game though, Henne looked excellent, Bush looks an exciting addition. Hartline/Marshall are going to get more room and Fassano looks as good as ever.
I feel a lot better about the season than I did before this game, our D will get a lot tighter and we won't play an O that good, 10-6 please

Bless you Flushy! I would be very very suprised if we have a winning season, we played ok tonight and Henne played well for his standard (still struggle to think of many worst starting qb's in the NFL). We are a 5/6 win team this year imo, I would sell my own Grandmother for 10 wins.
