Thank you sirs.
Under most circumstances of course I would have jammed the river. When the queen hit I was dancing around inside. It should have come the

of course, but I'm no Alex Golder.
So obv I checked waiting to jam on his bet.
But I don't know. My gut instinct started to curl. I didn't feel this particular guy would be betting this much money without having a VERY good chance of having me beat. There was something about him, the way he was smirking when he was picking his betting disks. This was easily the biggest pot of the night on this particular table. I felt his turn bet could include just as many bigger flush draws as it could 2pr/sets.
I don't know, just the way I'm running recently. That's why I decided to only call the river.

obv Really really bad I know, guess I'm just meant to stack off in that situ.
Really bad in a reggy game like DTD I know, and I'm pretty certain I would have stacked off there, but there isn't the greatest need for me to stay balanced in this particular game.
The point in me posting this thread was to try and see if anybody else trusts gut instincts like this and lets it overcome a glaringly +EV spot, or do you ALWAYS go with it as it works out in the very end?
