Cheers Milligan.

My car, ipad, laptop, wifes handbag with all her cards.

Pretty sure they were just after the car as there was other stuff they could have taken but as it was they only visited one room.

That's terrible Andrew.

Questions (If you feel like answering)

When did it happen, were you all out, how did they get in, were the police much use?

Sorry to hear the bad news.  I know it's little consolation, but at least no one was hurt.  Hope you get everything back, and the ***** get what's coming to them.

I don't mind answering Tom.

It happened at between 01:47 and 02:02. We were all in asleep. The neighbours CCTV system has captured it but the numberplate of their car isn't very clear. The police are to see if they can enhance the images.

I didn't realise this had happened until 8:30 this morning.

They removed the window beading and took the window pane out at the back of the house.

The police have been very helpful and were on the seen within 20 min

Yes, I dont know if thats a good or a bad thing at the moment because they wouldnt be walking out if I did stir or it could go the other way.

Going to get loads of interviews now because of the works laptop which was stolen. Fortunately as I've just picked a new job there wasn't any sensitive info on there.

I dunno about Apple apps, but with Android, if you have Market on your device that is linked to an account, you can still push some apps on to a device after it has been stolen.

Shame the police didn't open fire.....a few open wounds then a hefty prison sentence would just about suffice.
