This is the area that drives everyone crackers.  I'm sure it drives the staff crackers too, it definitely limits your success.  Someone in Luton needs to "manage upwards" so that either the group changes the restriction, or there is a better process in place so that the website is better than it currently is.

When you change the schedule in April and 70 people come bowling through the door is it:

a) a 'success' for the new schedule
b) 70 people wanted to play the old one advertised on the website and won't be back
c) 70 people just got paid and would play anything that night ?

I could do the website myself, it is simply the fact that we are not allowed. It is restricted to whoever it is in Maidenhead.

I'm incredulous you don't know who is responsible George. The person who is should be getting emailed daily, by Martin/Carmel/you and Pina the cleaner  Wink, copied into Mr Tamplin

It's incompetent of Maidenhead, and affects your hopes of success massively

I know the responsible parties by name, and we correspond with them regularly. Just the other day we had the Operations Director and pointed it out to him. Abruptly, our March schedule is miracously current.

It just should not have to be this way. It has always been a huge bone of contention for us. We have asked for the ability to make amendments ourselves for quite some time, however we are still waiting the privilege necessary to do so.

Step 1 to fast tracking the change in privilege levels is surely pointing out to the same Ops Director each and every time the website is unnecessarily inaccurate/outdated ~ showing the company in an unprofessional light, impacting staff morale on the ground and directly affecting revenue.

I don't think you will have to wait too long for something to change.

George. May i make the suggestion that you show this very thread to not only your ops director but also to the person responsible for treating the website and their manager. By seeing the upset it is causing directly it may help them understand your issues.

Oh   ....    and legible flyers already being handed out/available in the cardroom.

Hopefully Jaws can get it up in the website - pdq - to pre-warn of/advertise the new schedule.

The lad has taken positive action, early - and has engaged 'Promotion Overdrive'      ....      go for it Georgy Boy!

Excellent-looking schedule imo, vwp George.

Questions for Loofah. What is R/A? One rebuy or add-on? No penalty on re-entry = full stack?

R/A = rebuy/addon (hopefully either/or).

No penalty for re-entry     ...      only alts have to post.
