Glad I didn't have that blow out yesterday. I'm on a stag do next saturday, we're off paintballing in the morning followed by a session at night.

Enjoy the stag girgy - you've done some excellent work so far. One weekend won't hurt as long as you apply yourself in the same way you have been straight after. Wp

I've got to say that overall, you dieters have impressed the hell out of me. I thought it would all fall flat in the first couple of weeks (As my half hearted effort did) but you guys really stuck at it.

4km done on treadmill in 35 minutes followed by a 30 minute pt session.

Cheeky weigh in and have dropped 2lbs since Monday. Hoping it's like last week where I dropped another 6lbs thru the weekend Wink

Girgy, have been generally skimming this thread but not sure of exact figures. What were your starting and current weight? Sounds like you're making plenty of progress!

Most of you have done a great job. Well done. I think it's a lot to do with this thread so would like to see a phase 2 or continuation of the thread, where you either have goals of not gaining any weight back or even losing more. I think the thread will help people do that.

We are doing a phase 2 immediately after for another three months, for some it is a maintaining bet.

Tbh I think most of us have enjoyed it so much and all seen benefits beyond short term change, I would be shocked if we don't all carry it on in some official manner for the rest of the year.
