But so far ignored the biscuits in the fridge at work

you seriously keep biscuits in the fridge?

as girdy says, choc ones obv...

Digestives, and they are next to the tomato ketchup.....lol.

what?  tread carefully, you're new round here...

Joking obv ;-)  No tomato ketchup here - it's a work fridge, so digestives, milk and aloe vera gel - that's it.

at home where do you keep your digestive biscuits?

next to the toilet ldo. Always need a handy snack.

the correct answer is "I don't have a place for them as they never last that long"

Back from weekend Monday night which I'm unsure as to how much damage was done as I didn't eat for almost 2 days and only drank.....

I haven't started training again yet and haven't even bothered counting any calories either. I didn't eat too bad yesterday but did polish off some biscuits ironically enough with the last page or so Cheesy

I'm going out for dinner tonight and will stat tracking macros again from tomorrow, I think I'll do my first weigh in next week once things have settled down and I've lost any water weight etc.

I'm now 100 days from Vegas with about 20lbs to go at a guess so 1lb every 5 days is my required rate of weight loss Smiley

I actually don't have biscuits at home - I live alone and if I get biscuits in the only person there to eat them is me so I just don't buy them. Somehow these digestives have crept into the fridge courtesy of the Sainsburys at the bottom of the road on the pretence they are there for the clients. But they are not - and they are lush. Digestive biscuit with butter and cheese - yummy. No idea how I've managed to get so big.....must have a very slow metabolism

Going to get the swimming gear out of retirement tonight and go swimming tomorrow. I've gone very blonde so have to get a really tight swimming cap or my hair will go green.

Surely the ketchup lives wherever you used it last?

In my case it is on a little tray next to me on the sofa and it'll stay there unless it's required elsewhere.

For the third time in about 4 weeks I am getting ill - usual stuff, sniffles headache, run down etc.

Not too worried, managed a gym session yesterday anyway, and last time I lost 4lbs when ill.

Do you think I might be making myself ill? I am working hard in general, and going to the gym more than usual - but neither in any extreme way.

Deffo dont wanna take my foot off the gas with 2 weeks to go

Are you eating properly David? As in enough calories, sometimes I think there is a temptation to "starve" yourself. I started taking a multi vitamin, not sure what good it does but feeling great.

I just got back from a bike ride, didn't have much time do went hell for leather... Totally knackered now!!

Yeah I think so, unlike other 'diets' I have done, this one has been much steadier. I burn more calories than I eat most days, but only by about 500 calories, rather than loads. Previously I would typically have 4 days living like a monk and 3 days a week binging, but loads of exercise. Now I am going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week, and tending to eat 2000 calories a day.

Did anyone watch the Biggest Loser UK final btw? Some of the final weight losses were amazing. Two of the fatty girls actually looked quite tasty at the end of it.
