Macdonalds burger buns contain so much sugar they aren't allowed to classify them as bread. They are a 'dessert'.

By the way is anyone is looking for a exercise DVD to do at home when time is short or you simply cba going out to the gym, I can recommend the Billy Blanks Tae Bo one's, pretty good boxercise workouts imo  Alternately, you could try kicking Barry Neville up the arse. |

Girgles. I will give you evens and I will wear a backpack with an additional stone of weight in it. Obv I have no idea of ur sprinting background but I am more than confident in my own. I am in little doubt you would beat me in any distance over 400 metres as I have absolutely zero stamina. Still think the post is a level.. Any amount.
