Its one thing to have the odd lapse and occasional treat but seems like a few weeks of discipline have led to some blow ups?

Get it sorted lads.
This week has been strange working from home has not helped

That's the most hilarious excuse ever Lee.

How the hell can being at home make things more difficult?

Ive been prone to some lame excuses in the past.

I missed that one yesterday and have to agree it's pretty poor m8. Being at home makes following a strict diet incredibly easy because you have access to whatever you want and can make quick healthy food.

If your house is full of chocolate/sweets that can make it harder but you just have to skip them until the one day a week when you allow yourself a day off or a couple meals over the weekend etc.

Being on the road all day makes it harder which you can offset by packing yourself a healthy lunch with a protein bar if you need something sweet and then you're cheating without actually having a choccie bar.

3 stone sticker already in the bag.  Weight loss definitely slowing down, expecting 2-3lbs this week and 2 lbs average thereafter as food gets re-introduced, with probably a break-even week in there somewhere whilst my liver reclaims all the glycogen it  possibly can.

I bought a skipping rope. I am complete shit. I thought I would look like a boxer in training.. I actually look like James Corden doing that double footed dance thing. Good workout though. Gonna youtube the proper technique as i keep hitting my shins, want to do it so my feet barely leave the floor like the pros.
