Really been all over the gaff with eating last couple of weeks. Not faultered this week, but i do feel myself wanting to collapse. Most of the last couple of weeks is down to  A - not planning any meals in advance and B- having one bad wknd which spills over and not getting back on the horse immediately after. I normally have a shake for brekkie, but lunch sees me struggling and tea could be anything. This could be sorted by simply planning my meals well in advance. When i don't have a planned meal my mind runs wild with what i could/should/want to eat.

Plan is to devise a menu which covers every meal for 2 weeks, including snacks, low in carbs and cals approx 1500 cals per day.

Any menu ideas to help me along would be muchos appreciato.

My personal trainer took some of my measurements just before this challenge and we did it again today.

Back then I weighed 96kg (just before I put 5lbs on xmas) and now it is 92kg (Not counting it as its midday, midweek, but pretty much same as Sunday.

But the interesting point is my measurements.

Chest: 43 inches then, 41 inches now.
Waist: 39 inches then, 37 inches now (I presume this is not the same as the standard waist measurement on clothes because I am 34-36.
Hips: 41 then, 41 now.

Obv I am chuffed it as gone down, just wondering, in context, is that a good of bad loss? I know what makes a good weight loss, but no idea with measurements.

I gotta be honest, healthy ready meals helped me with planning the first few weeks. Helped with portion control and planning the calories, m and s and sainsburys  have some nut meals IMO.

Eat what I eat......

I'm normally around 1500/1700 a day which for someone who is much bigger than me the 200 won't make much difference and will see the weight drop still.

Nothing I have takes more than 10mins to cook and maybe another 10 to prepare, I call if you say you don't have time for that Cheesy

I'll compile a complete menu with instructions for you if you want also macro breakdowns too and mail it over to you

where do you get your protein cookies from? no need to include all the cadburys cream eggs etc.

Morning i will pretty much always have a shake, apart from wknds when i could have an omelette or whatever. I could prepare the night before and take it as a packed lunch type thing. yea email me some recipes bruva.

Woodsey, i went in M&S earlier, not many of the meals are low in carbs.Thats what i really need to avoid.  i bought a mini pack of cocktail sausages though. Wish i liked sushi.

Had a subway today.

Which one?

There must be a big difference between chicken breast and meatballs for example.

Also was it a foot long or a gay one?

Any drink?

Details man!!

As a one off with all the work you've been doing there's no problem at all with a treat like that.

You've earned it!!

Now get back on the salad!!!!
