Taking Mama G to Vegas next December for her 60th. Shes taking a friend and was wondering if its better/cheaper to get a suite with 2 bedrooms or to get 2 seperate rooms?

Also which hotels have the best/cheap-mid budget suites?

2 separate rooms IMO, but maybe worth ringing whatever hotel you choose and asking for connecting rooms if possible.

Assuming first time, would recommend Flamingo's/Bally's/Paris/Harrah's or maybe Mirage (I'm a Caesars whore as they dont have resort fee, but Mirage is MGM and does)

Im at flamingo now with my mum and its spot on for what my mum wants. Can deffo recommend. Also get your own room chances are you will end up coming and going at different times to her. They will put you within a few doors of her no problem.

Fat Wallet.

Also, Orleans ftw. Looks after a slightly older audience.

I wouldnt recommend Orleans. Whilst there is an older crowd there they won't be able to have a mooch around without faffing with taxis all the time, not ideal for a couple of old birds. Flamingo, harrahs, ballys is deffo older crowd too..
