I might have been dreaming this.
Is there a game you can download thats free And you play it to get real credits for Vegas. I'm sure Marky and Sharplea mentioned this before? If not. As you were.

Yeah, what Adam said. Not as good as it was, but you can still bink some pretty good stuff. I've not been for a couple years, so my points are effectively worth a lot less than they were

If you haven't started... don't bother. Whilst everyone likes a freebie, I'm sure the maths would clearly show you'd be better off taking on a paper round and using the pocket money to buy the rewards.

Reward seat sale.... 2 weeks only
Vegas = 29.750k econ, 49k Premium.
There are also 30% promos on Buy Miles and Miles Boost, so now you don't need to fart around with Dublin (unless you want to) you can get there for tuppence ha'penny.
I'm not going to solve all the permutations for you, but as an example, assuming you have no airmiles whatsover:
1) Buy 23k +6.9k bonus for £360 2) Book econ reward seat (and probably choose to double miles boost so you have miles for next year..) and pay £200 airport jizz.
That's £560 .... fill your boots.

Hi All,
I have 54,496 Virgin air miles and my club membership with Virgin expires on 5th July 2016. I have no plans that would enable me to use these up.
With the bonus airmiles sale at the moment you can buy a similar amount (41000 + 12300 bonus = 53,300) miles for £630.00
Though I've never done this before it looks like you can transfer these miles to another member and you just need their membership number and email for notification.
I'd be open to any reasonable offers for these - a trustworthy 3rd party here could hold your money until you confirm you received the miles from me.
I've never done this before so if someone like Simon/Marky has any input about possible pitfalls or concerns any buyer should have then please say.
If it's all fine then if you were thinking of cutting the cost of an upcoming trip by buying airmiles then save yourself some more with nirvanamiles

the cost of transferring miles is suspiciously similar (last time I looked into it) to the recipient just buying the miles direct from Virgin, which would render you selling them near worthless. If you earn 1 mile before July, your account will become refreshed for 3 years. There are lots of ways to earn miles, for example using their click and shop (like using quidco to buy yourself somethingfrom john lewis/argos/apple/wherever)
That would be the best solution imo, and you can refresh again etc to keep the miles active until you want to use them. If you think you will never have use of them, Virgin probably have a charitable donation scheme available.
