Bit of debate about when this started but wsop and some other casinos are insisting on id proof and address proof for payouts. So make sure you bring along your driving licence as well as your passport (if you don't have a driving licence bring along some other official document or utility bill with your name and address).
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/29/news-views-gossip-sponsored-online-poker-report/i-just-refused-payout-wsop-despite-providing-2-forms-id-including-passport-1615207/
Why would anyone even want to carry their passport around with them, if they have a driving licence?
Makes me laugh every year when you lots of Brits, half cut, with their passports hanging out their pockets.
I have only ever used photo driving licence and never had a problem
The point is where they are strictly applying AML procedures you need an ID document and a
separate
address document.
from how it reads to me, some of them are using licences that don't have addresses on.
If that's the case spend 5 mins knocking up a fake bill. They clearly don't check em looking at the forum responses

Pretty sure I know what the answer will be, but here goes.
Flights London -> Vegas non-stop, ~£800
Flights Dublin -> London -> Vegas, doing the same flight London to Vegas, ~£550
No way to work it to pay the Dublin fare and only get the second part of the flight? Because flying to dublin to fly back seems too much effort!

In a word, no. If you dont board at Dublin outbound then the airline is within their rights to cancel your entire flight.

Just to charge a Starbucks to the room at the Rio requires a passport !!
To register even for a sit n go requires a passport for non USA players
Then the dealer wants to see your passport when you take your seat !!
Man bag with a zip up pockets the best for this
Air con is full on in the 4 poker rooms and it can get chilly
It is extremely busy ,best to buy in late evening /early morning pre ten am !
By 1015 onwards there's a general stampede of players heading down the corridor towards the wsop area
You can buy a no need to q dinner buffet pass there's a separate line/ entrance for players who have pre purchased these !
The Sports book grill is great but busy or next to it is a chinky ,my mrs orders 5 mins before dinner n it's ready !
Ridiculous toilet queues at break time

Have a great time Mark, if anyone deserves that you surely do the work you and Simon put into this thread alone year in year out to help everyone.
Same goes for you Simon , wishing you both the best of luck.

Ty ty ~ I'll be out there this weekend, no doubt will end up at Claude's at some point thereafter. I could feel my liver wince as I typed that.

Simon
Is it still worth buying extra reward miles if offered 10,000 for £100 or 20,000 for £200? It is a bit late as I bought them already. I previously didn't realise I had an option as I had bought the flights for miles, so missed the sale.

Usual cost = £15/per thousand.
Picking some up at £10/k never hurts, imo. At that rate, 100k miles = £1k and that always seems a very fair price for Upper.

cheers, that is how I looked at it. Kind of weird. I used pretty much all my miles and with this and the ISA I am back up to 32k already.

Hey where is best for a non club night out? Like bar decent size with a dance floor? And the age of people are 21-36 ish?
I've only been to señor frogs in treasure island last year and heading tomorrow and want to see where is best to go. Heard rockhouse in the Venetian is decent? Anywhere else?
Also, anywhere have 5 dollar blackjack or all at least 10s?
Cheers !

Is it ambitious to get a return flight and 8/9 nights in a budget strip hotel for less than £1k? From my initial searches this seems to be the case booking for mid September. Thanks.
