Id love to see him at the 76ers next year and revive the old Celtics/76ers rivalry from the 80s.  Would be awesome.  The blend of their youth and his power/experience would be awesome to watch.  He would fit into their squad perfectly talent wise as well.  Not a big commute to Ohio to uproot his family.  Easy conference still in the East compared to the tougher west.  Ticks all the boxes.

Went to get a Lebron jersey, when I saw it was only £69.95... Unsurprisingly they were sold out in a couple hours.

If Jimmy Butler goes to the Heat (-110 fav) what price would that make the Heat for the season?

Eastern - 18/1?
Champ - 80/1?

However unlikely, Unibet 300/1 outright can’t be terrible, right?

Whatt are they giving up to get him though?  It's a two way thing they don't just acquire him and give up nothing in return.  This report doesn't make it sound like any team is getting him on the cheap.

https://www.theguardian.com/sport/blog/2018/oct/06/farewell-to-father-of-british-basketball-who-discovered-luol-deng

Anyone who follows British basketball and/or played it at national level will have heard of Jimmy.  Every time you played against one of his Brixton teams, as i did as a junior or senior, you had a tough tough night.  He fired up his teams to play so hard and physical.  He was Mr Brixton for decades and must have saved so many kids from a different life over the years.  A trip to the Brixton leisure centre was always the toughest away game of any season.  Guys like this are the real legends of sport.

I will always remember him for finding and coaching the Baker twins (Stedroy and Ronnie) who were both 5'7'' and told they were too small to ever play basketball.  I remember going to watch my first ever national league game as a kid and my local team were playing Brixton in the late 1980s and these two teenage brothers were just insane to watch.  Rapid as you like up and down the court and great ball handlers.  Ronnie was the better of the two and ended up playing at the highest level in England, most capped English player ever and played in the EuroLeague for London Towers.  Stedroy never quite hit the same heights (pardon the pun) but these two lads got me hooked on basketball seeing them so close up.

RIP Jimmy

No idea who Rondo is, but he looks a bit handy.

Rondo would be the nba equiv of Ronnie Baker.  Undersized, offensively poor/can't shoot play maker.
