Just had a flashback to my london trip and just remembered I had a chat with Ram Vaswani at the cash desk.
I have seen him play a bunch on tv tables and always thought he has a great GIQ mentality and approach to the game, said so and he just commented that he doesn't play much any more at all.
Nice guy though and that's 2 of 4 of the Hendon Mob guys and both sound lads.

Deep deep joy..
Just made a flush IP in a 3bt pot.
The guy 3bt pre, cbet, cc, donk on
,
,
So I folded
, because I've seen him do it twice in 6 sessions and both times he had a nut hand.
[ ] he had a nut hand
[X] he had QQ
Wtf!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
The sickest part is the whole table were thinking I was tanking a K, and they wanted to call with that.
#wpsir (he asked me too)

Had a break, went to the car n got a banana...
And then started to think about his 3bt range pre from the SB vs 3 players?
Im going to say it is QQ+ / AK/ sometimes AQ.
Well on that board, im not doing well vs that range...
The only question is why does he cc turn with a big hand?

Just had a hand where I made a terrible play at every point...
Then min cr river into the 4th boat and lose, I look tilted obviously.
Next hand get tpgk in vs tptk on 944.
Rebuy for 200 and get KK next hand, get a loose call pre by the guy who outran my Q8o on KQ8dd with J10dd.
He peels pre and we see a 672hh board. He donks 16, I raise to 56 and I makes it 130.. I ship for 240... He snaps with A7 and im pretty happy.
Turn A
River A
Ez game.
second tome tonight vs the same guy I should've run it twice/ thrice when in big pots...
Bluff when they have it and lose when youre good.
Unfortunate session.

Apparently 5 solid sessions in a row isn't here yet.
Such a shame because I started so well, playing more disciplined in this game than I normally do. Managed to get some good pots early on, including a big KK vs AQ aipf.
Then the crazy hand with the QQ river 'blocker' bet and it just went really slowly downhill... Then the hero and it gained some speed.
I should've stacked one of the regs when he flatted AK from the SB and I just called the BB with JJ (due to a nit UTG open).
If either of us raises pre, it all goes in.. 5xx and a J turn ensure I would've won but it was not to be.
Such a shame as the session didn't need to be a loser, and definitely not a big one.
little annoyed with myself but for the most part its another reminder that live poker is full of strange moves, plays, calls and although I am playing better than before... Im not 'there' yet.

On the bright side however is that if I hadn't got in my own way... Id be up close to 6k this month.
Im still improving, all the time... And I took the turn and river A really well considering.
Lots of positives.

I had one of the three hands that were bluffs that still aren't a pair or straight.. So 105/ KQ or QJ
Yeah.. Still up over 1k in two weeks, but should be a lot more.

Have given it 10 mins so far and at the minute I can hardly believe you're hosting this steaming pile of bullshit. Reminds me of that book Brian wrote on Family Guy: WISH IT, WANT IT, DO IT.
