Managed to properly and patiently grind my way thru the Ups n downs and finish at peak of +£250.
In the past I definitely would have gotten frustrated and started trying to 'push' the action. And im fairly sure I lost close to if not over £200 in pre flop raises that were abandoned asap.
However I don't see it being a bad thing to get into lost of pots with Axss and Kxss when deep with 3 or 4 guys. I ran into Aa a bunch but just loll'd it off rather than let it even dent my resolve.
Also, really happy with the way I played considering I came down to see C on the way last night. Sure I could've let that get to me, but I dont feel I did.
Made a few nice bluffs, a few raise/ reraises with less than premium holdings but outs in good spots. Iirc everyone of them got through, so my ranges must've been pretty good or I just ran into the bottom all the time.
Had a varying chipstack of denominations but eventually i started buying up the change to have some towers.. Felt good.
Just rambling now, heading home soon.. Left he casino a while back.
Peace

Tbh if he plays like that, its the other way around.... I dont think Novak could compete at that intensity. He is fitter and quicker than Fed, but mentally Andy looks unshakable.
Murray is the favourite for me.

The key thing for me is Murrays confidence, with the big victories of the last year, in big comps. He doesn't have the same nerves he did, now its not "can i do this?"
Its "can I do this again?"
Big difference imo, but im not a punter, lets ask the pros in tft....

I wouldn't normally try so hard, but didn't have another opportunity I could wait for. I wasn't ready to surrender what I WANTED SO MUCH, that easily, I couldn't guarantee a call with me staying stoic and relying on a flinch "top pair" calling reflex.

lol but I already won the BBJ, the most you could win is 1200.
I need to dedicate time to online if I want to 'get there'. I'm only silverstar ffs.

Going to sound a little soft here.
But I'd just like to say thanks to every single poster in this blog, and to everyone who reads and comes to me and comments.
It all helps, even the negatives or criticisms!
I've changed and moved on a lot from a year ago, clearly not perfect (ask the mods will confirm) but I look forward to another year in the blonde community.
It's a shame I didn't manage to have any binks last year, both for me but also because I said I'd put 5% of any 5fig+ score back into blonde somehow - I am going to extend this to 2013!
gl us!

if he's still sore about it all, I'll apologize and hopefully we can move on.
On a side note, here's a guilty pleasure of mine... how do you have yours?

I'm a glutton for punishment...
Started the 'youtube' game with some safe choices...
Fresh, Connor Maynard...
Then took precisely two more videos until we found Kelly Clarkson, Avril Lavigne, and the Twighlight love song.........
