Buemi won the race which is bad for both of the Formula E bets (Vergne to win today, and Piquet to win the title) Angry

Piquet's lead down to 3 points and 13 points seperate the top 3

Vergne executed two nice overtakes, to be fair, but Piquet needs to qualify top two to win the title i would think, given Buemi's form

we have £10 Piquet at 10-1 ante-post......going to be a nice sweat tomorrow afternoon

5 points between Piquet and Buemi, not 3 Smiley

I'm probably going to suggest betting on Vergne again tomorrow, depending on the odds. He has been quickest all day, just had a poor qualifying.

I assume that this weather bet wont pay out unti Jan 1 2016 though?

Hi Sharon

No, it didn't pay out til 1st Jan in prior years

My online bets were settled in November but they wouldn't settle the shop ones until the end of the year.

I will be settling up Chompy in July 2016. Earliest. Deddo. Weather he likes it or not.

RECOMMENDED BET

Been up all night here, researching the Wimbledon Ladies Tennis, & I've found a bit of cracking value.

Laura Robson, who does not have a baby, is going to lose - she is - in the first round to Rodina, who has a baby. Laura has been injured, is not sufficiently recovered in my opinion.

I was in like a shot & have snaffled £20 @ 2.15 for Rodina to win 2-0, unless the baby keeps her up all night.

Fred can have the £20 if they wish, or ignore my wise words at their peril.

confirmed

thank you for the recommendation

looking forward to more over the wimbledon fortnight

your expertise is much appreciated

I will continue to study form, & may put some more pearls of wisdom things up.

First practice for the second London ePrix just finished.

Jean-Eric Vergne didn't take part, reports suggest that he is feeling unwell today.

The bet I'm going to suggest here is unlikely, but it has massive value!

Race Winner - Loic Duval @ 66/1 with 366InALeapYear. Suggest £5 EW.

Loic just topped the first practice session, so 66/1 is insanity. While they are still not up the speed properly, Loic did show flashes of speed yesterday too, albeit inconsistently. At this price, it's worth it! Smiley

Note: the max bet for me was £9.10, but upon referral to a trader, they accepted the additional 90p. I feel like a valued customer now xD

Morning Tighty.

I have been looking at the Ashes markets for a while now and whilst I think the Aussies will win easily I don't fancy the prices at all. For the last week the firms have been pricing up the 1st test and until yesterday all firms were odds on for Australia. Yesterday Ladbrokes broke ranks and have gone 11/10 for Australia to win the 1st test which to me looks good. I will be dutching 4 and 5 nil for my series bet and to get odds against for the 1st test seems good. I am not at all fooled by England's new order and expect multiple batting collapses, and our bowlers to resemble characters from Dad's army.

What are you thoughts on that price? You can leave your in depth thoughts for the series to a more convenient time.

I'm 2/3 of the way through a series preview for BE (anyone can read it)

I would have thought odds against for the first test is good. Cardiff tracks this year have been flat. England win the toss, bat and make a score (which it sounds like you are sceptical of)  is the risk to this bet

Still dropping! Now 8/1.

Buemi at 7/4 looks interesting. I'd say he has a 60% chance of winning, not sure if that's value or not?

Wow, incredible qualifying!! So mixed up!!

Buemi 6th, di Grassi 11th & Piquet 16th.

Doesn't look good for Piquet, but we're almost certainly going to see a pile-up on the opening lap, so let's see how that plays out.

For those that got on Duval at 66/1, he qualified 3rd Smiley

Will check on the odds again in an hour Smiley

I think it is time to bet on Grexit 11/10 at bfsb say £20

- Greece is a basketcase economically.
- their game theory inspired negotiating position has failed.
- Ireland and Portugal are pissed off so will probably veto whatever anyway
- Finland and Germany are even more fed up and will just draw the line in he sand.
- Greece will never become competitive under the euro, massive devaluation is their only hope (even though this won't work) but with their own currency they can muddle through.

David Ferrer has withdrawn from The Championships due to an elbow injury. Lucky loser Luca Vanni takes his place

this is in the Murray/Nadal section
