Any thoughts on the boxing tonight?

Smith v Fielding looks like a good fight to me!

Personally, I think Smith has too much for Fielding, both are good strong hitters, but I actually think it is going to go all the way.

Smith is a bigger, stronger Super Middleweight, the better technical boxer and I can see it going the distance and Smith winning it on points, providing Fielding can get through the first half of the fight.

Recommend £10 on Callum Smith on points @ 7/4

As per the boxing thread and per previous Fred mentions, I think Callum Smith KO is too short. 11/8 fight to go the distance and 2/3 not looks the wrong way round to me. It's a market I've payed more attention to after George Groves 6/4 to win by KO rick. We took GG points at 3-1 and missed out as he lost a split decision. Would be staking more like £50 than £10.

Also Cardle KO £20 @15/8 if Victa is still laying it. I think Dodd walks onto something. Also the guy he bet to get this shot, Gary Buckland, was massively over rated.

Apologies all that should of said 13/8.

13/8 covers Smith points, Fielding points and the draw. It's a lower variance bet in case Fielding is being underrated.

Dave 'the kid' Clarke in dog studio doesn't think there is a bias!!!  You have to laugh how these bookies puppets talk so much bs to the wagons on a Saturday night in the studio.  That t1 in the last was a classic example of a slow away short priced dog at crayford who was a great win and place lay at odds on to place.  So so hard to make up the ground at crayford when you are slow away and the bias is massively against you.

We had years of fluffy nonsense on Saturday horse racing coverage, too. Today instead we had a Graham Cunningham soliloquy about how the bookies need to step up and support the sport.

More knowledge on TV please.

As RPTV is paid for by bookmakers, I don't think there's much chance that the Graham Cunningham of dog racing getting a look in.

Bookies could cut all their sponsorship for racing and instead agree to lay punters a fair bet on racing and racing would be miles better off via the levy.  Is that what GC was getting at?  I didn't see the racing this afternoon.

Best hope is to get one of the drunk punters in the posh seats at Hall Green on a Tuesday to have a rant to Julie Collier.

I have said too much. They don't let just anyone in.

Clinical stuff from Smith. That last body punch split Fielding's skin open.

Callum is flattered by a guy who chooses to stand in front of him. If it's anything like when we did our bollocks in on Josh Warrington by points then the bookies will massively over react and our fighter will go back to winning on points.

Averaged 104, I think.

That's about 30 better than 90% of the lakeside field.

That sort of form in January makes him a threat for sure.
