Evening Tighty.

Tomorrow Almagro plays Coric in the Madrid tennis. Players who can go deep in successive weeks are few and far between. Almagro has just won the Portugal tournament in a long 3 setter and has to travel to Madrid for the game tomorrow. Madrid is also played slightly at altitude and the ball travels faster than he will have had today. Add in his poor form at this tournament and it won't take a massive performance to beat him and Coric is easily good enough.

Suggest £15 Coric @ 5/4 with sporting or bwin? Take the 6/5 if neither are options.

Bet will be void if Almagro withdraws but as he is Spanish I hope he will play it for his fans, however tired he is.

Hector's at it again.  6-2 6-2 to Coric

He just doesn't stop. Cheers hector

Wolves 6/4 at home to Wednesday at the weekend

Wednesday in the play offs, can't change position and will be playing a weakened side.

Suggest £40 on at 6/4.

Morning Tighty.

Some interesting tennis matches today. This afternoon Djokovic has another go on clay, after he lost his only match this season on clay against Vesely. He is up against our friend Borna Coric. It is going to be interesting to see if his last match was a blip or if there is a problem with his game. I think that Coric has the game to cause him problems and I like the idea of backing Coric to win a set @ 7-2. The current odds will fall pretty quickly as it is 19/10 on betfair. Hills have him at 3-1 with Paddy power at 11/4 and they are the only companies pricing this up. I wouldn't back it at 9/4.

Suggest £15 Coric to win a set @ 7-2 with ladbrokes.

The coric to win a set market is not exactly liquid. A grand total of a fiver has been matched..

A far better guide is in the correct score market with chunks offering to lay djork 2 zip at 1.26 and below. At the mo you could lay at 1.28, giving you about 7-2 on coric winning a set.

Not one for TfT but one for a bit of interest.

Hearts U20s keeper Kelby Mason has taken ill on the bus journey to Dundee, meaning striker Russell McLean will deputise between the sticks.

Dundee are currently 3/5 on b356
