Yeh the Spurs loss is the only tip I've put on this thread, they woulda won that game but dropped Duncan and Parker. I found the team news about 30 mins before tipoff and posted here for Tikay to close the bet and back the other side, which is what I did so it was profitable, but it was like 130am and counts as a loser every time he posts the running totals lol.

San An are defo a challenger, I think it's just that they got written off last year, then played really well (think they mighta even been best in the west) then lost in the first round of the playoffs and got written off again. Manu is still on limited minutes but having him back is a boost. They've finally got some good young players tho and they'll improve.

I backed Sacramento too, they have a chance anyway, and if Dallas do rest stars, either from the start, or if they go behindthey may give up the game and rest the stars and play a lot of the bench, then the Kings have a chance. DaMarcus Cousins is their best player, returns tonight too. Same reason I had a little interest in Atlanta, they're playing well anyway and Joe Johnson is fit tonight too. Am monitoring the Mavs, tipoff is like 230am tho so might be late....

We know Tikay's an NBA convert so....San Antonio Spurs to beat the clippers at home tonight...

Spurs surging back to form after a little wobble, Spurs Ginobili third game back and shot 70% last game after a long injury..so fitness and eye coming back..may go even better tonight..alongside Parker pretty formidable at home...Spurs a high octane team

Clippers struggled of late and Blake Griffin may struggle after turning an ankle late on Wednesday...only him and Paul driving this team....

on for about 1.53

Thanks Dean.

ON, £100 @ 1.5, BF

Sigh..just read Parker ( star man for the Spurs)has pulled out with a strained thigh ...good luck us

Going back to Adam Hammill midweek. Hes 11/4 best to score vs Leeds on Sunday so 5/1 to score at Home to Barnsley on Tues was HUUUGE. sigh at not banging 1 in though.

Think Brighton are a good price at 4/5 (Willhill) at home to Pompey 2moro so would advise getting on them and also Brighton -1 9/4 (VC) which is also defo too big.

South Africa declare at 435/5 leaving NZ 401 to win.
Good declaration.

You gotta tip.
Otherwise tikay is gonna spunk his money on wild punts from oafs like me.
This thread was designed for you.

Your cricket bet looks excellent, watching South Africa now (as well as NBA), this quickie they've got is bowling like Michael Holding. Don't wanna tip for tipping's sake, some really good bets around, some great ones in this thread, just mixed in with a few duffers....

I'm pretty sure that Philander will be top of the world bowler rankings soon.
Wasn't sure how well he would do away from SA but it seems that it's not an issue.
I'll be backing him in most relevant markets from now on.

Never seen him before but he looks a real find for them. Their pace bowling was excellent already, now he looks the pick of the bunch. Only rain can stop your bet

The South African cricket team seem pretty relaxed - several of them are watching the Super 15 rugby game between the Highlanders and the Waratahs.
