http://www.doncasterroversfc.co.uk/news/article/going-for-it-555988.aspx

"We would like it known, that we are going all out for promotion this season and at the Board meeting this week, Dean Saunders was given our full financial support to go out there and bolster the squad for a full out assault on the league."

Doncasters board is worth around 500m, been semi gun shy before but times could be changing.

Recomend £20 @ Best price (143/10). Oddschecker hasnt changed. This was announced at 7:30pm. Leggggggggggggggggo

Thanks Big Man.

I'm not sure a Board statement "we are going for Promotion" ticks many boxes for me, but Donny look well placed & are deffo in with a shot, so we have gone with your suggestion.

We have £20 @ 12/1 with BetVictor, Donny to win League One this season.

Next winning bet...Wycombe Wanderers v Bradford - both teams to score 4/5 with Stan James £50 (4/6 elswehre, only reccomeded at 4/5)

Quite simply - its too big.  Bradford have score din there last nine games and 4/5 last away games.  They got early goals at Brentford in midweek - then proceeded to let 4 in.  Wycombe hav rutnred a corner - scored in last 5 games at home and are finding the net more and have more confidence.  The way these markets are priced up these days, with many 4/6-4/7 shots for this type of match (bottom half at home v high flying away) - it is imo too big.  Compare with Spurs v Stoke 4/6 or Wihan v Arsenal - 8/13 tomorrow I know which of the three I would like to be on.

Lets go 2/2 on my favoured lower leagues

Ha, LOVE the confidence, "next winning bet", "2 from 2".......

OK, I've called your bluff, & we are on.

PS - Enjoy the darts tonight, give my regards to the lads. And do try & behave, right? Not taking Vinni, I hope?

£50 @ 4/5, Stan James, BTS, Wycombe v Bradford.

For bets which may be affected by weather (Unders in Rugby, etc) the weather in London is "wet", it has tipped down all night, & is tipping down now.  The Thames is right up to the top of the mooring mast that the cormorant perches on, too. So there.

Morning Mr T. My luck finally deserted me and we go down by 1 point. I am blaming you for dubbing me Mr Reliable. However today the nit cap has gone and it is time for a fun Christmas weekend gamble.

I am going to propose the bet the bookies hate - a Lucky 15. 4 selections covered 4 singles, 6 doubles, 4 trebles and a fourfold. If we place it with Betfred then if we only have 1 winner they will treble the odds so I am going for big priced suggestions. 1 winner means a profit, 2 means victory dancing and 3+ means a 2nd entry in this years advent calendar.

Suggestions are  50p or £1 a line with Betfred

Rugby  Bath Saracens Draw            20-1
           Connacht  Munster  Draw    16-1

Horse    Ranjaan 3.10  Ascot            9-1

Football  Villa to beat Chelsea           9-1

Even for just 50p a line the amount we will win is huge and I think we have earned a Christmas gamble.

What?

Have you lost the plot, Hector, or has Dubai hacked your account?

OK, on my way.......it is Christmas after all, time to let the hair down.

Still can't believe you have suggested this. That lovely ROI is at risk......

Smiley

PS - unlucky with the Unders bet last night, it nearly got there, but the winning streak had to end eventually.

Whoops, edited now.

I accidentally typed £50 in, too, & almost pressed "PLACE BET", then I saw "potential return £2,397,500" & managed to correct it before clicking.
