Yeh, Q1 was good, shoulda played unders before the game I guess, glad I left it. Would have that Melo bet at 16s every day. He finished with 26 and 12 rebounds, second top scorer, top rebounder. KD was top with 30 and 6 rebounds, Lebron had 19 and 5. Chris Paul with 20 and 15 assists, but he hit 2 or 3 threes right near the end to top it and get the commentators on board. More value pie

Interesting piece on the first quarter totals in the NBA AllStar game http://www.wagerminds.com/blog/uncategorized/nba-all-star-game-will-anyone-play-defense-ever-4640/
Cliffs: average first quarter points over past 12 years is 59
Only once has it gone over 70, 71 in 2010
Under 74 at 5/6 looks a good value play, all lines are too high with the public goin mental on the overs

Congrats Jeff.

Sadly, I was in bed long before that went up. Think it would have been our only winner of the weekend, too.

is FRED done when all the accounts get shut down? or is tighty gonna be hot footing it down to corals at 9am every morning?

Probably Rick, depends I guess.

I won't be traipsing round Betting Shops, that's for sure.

I'm sure someone will be happy to take it over. There are other ways to skin the cat, too.

If not, it'll be Goodnight Irene.

Daily Report as @ 0910, Monday February 18th

We lost £18.33 yesterday, concluding one of our quietest weekend's ever.

All things considered, we did well to only lose such a small amount, as we missed winners galore all weekend for one reason or another.

We had 5 completed bets yesterday, of which only one returned a profit. On Saturday, we had 4 losers & one very small winner, so our strike rate this weekend was abysmal. Did well to only lose around £60 all weekend, really.

Yesterday's winner was down to Adzy, who gave us Van Zyl at a handsome 14/1. He got himself in position to win it, but totally collapsed on the final round. Even so, we got £45 back for our £20 investment. (+£25).

We were on Dr Noh, too, & he had a mid-round surge to put himself in the Top Korean pole position, but he also imploded.

We had two NBA bets, both lost. A winning bet on the NBA All-Star game was put up early this morning, but it was after my curfew time, so Fred missed that, too.

Bit of a pigs ear this weekend, really.

On a brighter note, Suarez now has 18 Premiership goals this season, so we are in great shape there.

In the Eastleigh By-Election, the Tories have now drifted to 7/4, with UKIP @ 33/1. Hmm.

Napoli missed the chance to close the Serie A gap yesterday, & are currently 11/4. We are on at 5/1.

We have three different teams in the Championship Relegation market (Wolves, Birmingham & Bolton) & we are ahead of the market in each case. We also have QPR to go down from the Premiership,@ 8/5, currently 1/4.

We also have Doncaster to win League One @ 12/1, currently 7/1.

So, plenty of forward action, not to mention this weekend's 6 Nations, & Cheltenham just a few weeks away now.

Doncaster are away today at Crawley, I think its on Tv somewhere but Man U are making an atypical appearance on our airwaves. We have a lot of injuries and illness in the squad. I'll try and provide some team news about 7ish.

The Donny game is on Sky Sports, whilst Man U are on ESPN.

Donny, who have the best away record in League One, are close to 2/1 in various spots.
