Rickie Fowler looking astonishing in dayglo orange.

Any half decent Club would ban that.

Standards slipping.

He must have lost, or stand to win a massive bet of some description in order to justify wearing that atrocious get-up!

It's the colours of his college (Oklahoma?) He always wears it on the last day of big events IIRC

It wil be Tennessee.

I only watched 'The Blind Side' again the other night as well, but I guess I was paying more attention to what Sandra Bullock was wearing

Just checked. Oklahoma State.

His middle name is Yutaka, after his maternal grandfather, who was/is Japanese. His maternal grandmother is Navajo (American Indian).

Wiki even tells you what his clubs are. What a joyous resource that website is.

Apparently, Scott Verplank, Bo van Pelt, Charles Howell III and Hunter Mahan also went there.

Charles Howell has absolutely imploded on the final round... He was 2 under thru 5 and now he is 6 over after the 15th Sad

Did Rory lend him his clubs?

Possibly, that could be the reason he shot such a shocking 4th round!

Daily Summary, @ 0815, Monday March 4th

We turned a profit of £8.40 yesterday.

4 bets completed, 2 winners, 2 losers.

In addition, a bit of housekeeping was necessary to remove some Cheltenham non-runners.

The 2 losers were Howell, in the golf, who gave us a good 3 day run, but could not sustain it on Day 4, (-£20) & a long-priced horse, which we backed @ 40/1 (EW), it started at 20/1, & looked likely to get placed, essentially the idea of the bet, but did not get there (-£30). We don't need to get many winners like that to make it pay, but we have to expect reverses along the way.

There were some other losses on the weekend golf, but we took them earlier.

The two winners were yet another RL special by hector, well-backed by plenty of Freddies I gather, (+£20),  which absolutely murdered the handicap, & redarmi, who chipped in a lovely £58.40 from the Spurs bet, again, another easy winner. I thought Arsenal were dreadfully unlucky, as they came  up against a better team. Not fair that.

We also did a trawl of our Cheltenham portfolio, as a result of which we took the pain on Dynaste (-£10) & Colour Squadron (-£10).

Not a bad day really, a few losers, wrote off some Cheltenham stuff, & still turned a small profit.

Elsewhere, Pujara scored a wonderful double century to keep the "Top Little Batter Bloke" bet alive.

All good.
