Wm Hill have trimmed it to 13/8 already, Ladbrokes go 6/4.

Oddschecker may be wrong, but they are showing Ladbrokes  2/1 now.......

On the face of it, yes, but when it looks too good to be true......

To be fair, I have no idea how you judge these things.  I know absolutely nothing about the relationship between 6 nations wins and lions captains.  Just hoping the gut is right here.

Stuff has happened in the chess. Chess Thread has the details:

http://blondepoker.com/forum/index.php?topic=58441.msg1738446#msg1738446

Cliffs: Aronian and Radjabov have won their games, so they take an early lead in the Candidates Chess Tournament. Our man leads the peleton, half a point back.

Frankly, two draws in the opening two games is absolutely fine. We like our horses on the shoulder of the front runner, jockey with a double handful, ready to push in the final straight.

Second question first: round one was yesterday but I was busy trying not to lose all my money on falling horses (sigh....). All four games yesterday were drawn. It's one match a day with a few rest days here and there.

As to the first question, a couple of bookies are offering markets. Unibet I know have a daily market and I am tempted by Aronian at 4/1 to beat Ivanchuk, who is known to be a bit temperamental off the back of a defeat. Chucky will probably try to consolidate with a draw tomorrow but he's unpredictable to say the least.

No bet for now for me, tho. No reason to get involved while the players are still sparring.
