Great photo!
I didn't have a bet. Tbh I'm normally the one setting fire to the money, rather than the cigar, so it was probably for the best.

Chelsea v Spurs tonight
thread has Chelsea to finish 5th, Arsenal to finish 3rd
It wants?
1 Tottenham win?
2 Draw
3 Chelsea win?
or am I wrong?

Draw should be 1 shurely.
Better for game to produce 2 points than 3.

not to open up a very old can of worms but this article is excellent regardless of your view on the subject

the pitch at Hyderabad has been the liveliest of the six games there
Previously on low dry ptiches Hyderabad have batted first, scored 130 and won all five
today, fearing Dhoni's ability to chase, they inserted and are currently being torn apart by Raina
Losing bet almost certain on no fifty in the match
Not sure you could have predicted a 180+ pitch though....

Irony is reading an article about value whilst on the same webpage sidebar there is a video with a pundit going on about value in a football match and then realising that particular pundit grimmed you largely because of his inability to practise what he preaches.

I was very surprised they put them in to Bat, then Dhoni said he would have batted his first to.

LOL yeah thankfully i have a little more hair
I didn't back it myself, i had backed country wide flame as per someones recomendation here. It wasn't until
emailed the offer that I had a look at the race again. My reasoning for liking unkown address was very sophisticated and backed up by alot of numerical data...I remember Amanda Holden doing an interview at Cheltenham last year I beleive, she was in Simon Cowell's box, anyway apparently she was a racing fan and when asked who she was backing in the next race, she said a lot of people had told her to back unknown address, i liked the name, backed it and it didn't win. Anyway when I saw the name again it jogged my memory and I thought that if this horse was once well respected by some racing people then it may still be a decent type, and it was its first run from the a new trainer today. Unfortunately after i posted i got busy at work and forgot all about it.
