Just had a thought about the top assister bets and Ozil. Will he count as the winner if he wins? He wasn't available to bet on when the market was live so would Navas win if he were second? Or would Navas and Cazorla bets be voided?

I would have thought they would have any other option and that ozil would fit in that but if they didnt then it should be winner without him

You'd think they would improve the online experience.........

26 September 2013 10:22

Betting company Ladbrokes has said that a poor performance in its online business will mean that profits for the year will be lower than predicted.

In what chief executive Richard Glynn said were “challenging” conditions, Ladbrokes issued its second profit warning of the year saying that, rather than the £27.5 million which it expected to make from its online arm, profits were likely to be between £10 million to £14 million.

Mr Glynn said: "Our digital earnings have been disappointing reflecting a lack of competitiveness in Sportsbook, lower margins than planned, and a greater disruptive impact than expected from the transition necessary to grow digital for the long term."

William Hill mobile at Newmarket today.

All the following are short and not far off Betfair.

2.35 Newmarket Warrior 3/1
3.10 Phiz 3/1
3.40 Cable Bay 11/4
4.15 Caucus 5/2

Suggest £25 on each.

Cheers

That Statement is near identical to every Statement they make every year, it's all very sad. That "transition to grow digital" has been in progress for over 5 years now.

Half the projected profits is prety dire in that line of business right now, which is booming.
