I don't even think he's that slow, but it is highlighted due to people like Van Gerwen throwing at 100mph.
That's possible.
I don't remember being irritated by Priestly. Possible that although he was slow, it was only a fraction slower than the opposition.
I do know as a casual darts viewer, I almost always switch off if Pipe is playing.
Think that's most likely the case with the average player being quicker now than they were back along, but I definitely don't think he is any slower than Priestley in that video.
I really like Pipe, he's a consummate pro and always looks the part. Smartly dressed, conducts himself well and never seen him act out at all.
Then you see Wade bowl out looking like he's just coming off a 3 day bender, unshaven and looking like a scran bag!
Stands to reason when you have Taylor or MVG putting on a masterclass, you're not really interested in watching the plodders
Jake watched the highlights of the Pipe match and unprompted said "a snail could play faster than him!"

Wade's head obv not right tonight. Taylor should know better than to act the way he did after the match.
Wade prob had a bit too long in the bar before the match...

Taylor has always been, and probably always will be, a bit of a twat.
Perfectly harmless question.
Trying to drum up some controversy for tomorrow which looks a very one sided final, they prob haven't sold all the tickets.

I probably would have said the same a few years ago

Regarding the Chile v Ecuador game that was posted earlier, does anyone think the 0-0 should be favourite over the 1-1 draw scoreline? The bookies price on the outright draw has been backed in, and they know that the draw is the most likely outcome due to the fact that it sends both teams through. I just can't understand why they think the 1-1 score line is most likely to happen. If you were to play for a draw, then surely the safest way to go about that is for neither team to score. Rather than have one team go ahead and not worry about letting the other team equalise as you are already going through, or the other team pushing so hard to equalise that it leaves them open to a counter attack. Added to that 3 of the last 5 head to heads have been 0-0, I think i'd have the prices for 1-1 and 0-0 the other way around personally, does anyone agree, or think that it is more likey the game ends 1-1 if it were to be a draw than any other draw scoreline?
Anyway thanks for posting Waz, i think it was a great spot, i got on earlier but i still think the 7/1 is a decent price given the fact i personally think if it is a draw then 0-0 is the most likely outcome and the draw is now best priced at evens.

Rod asked Taylor if he was playing games when he went for 18 instead of the bull, and Taylor gave it 'I don't know what you're on about, I was playing'
That led into 'You're playing Dave Chisnall in the final, he knocked you out of the Worlds a few years back'
Taylor took the hump, there was a bit more back and forth before Taylor wandered off moaning.

Slightly obscure event next week in the form of the
World Senior Snooker Championships
Interestingly they have squeezed Hendry into eligibility and so he is in as the
clear favourite
. The question is how many exhibitions is he playing and how much practice is he putting in?
I can't work out whether 3/1 is an absolute gift for a class player who was pretty competitive up until a fairly recent retirement, or way too short for a rusty player taking part in a best of 3 frames knockout.
On the prices I'd probably plump for Morgan or Harold, but interested to hear from the snooker experts.

I probably havent watched a snooker match for five years but just from a structural perspective I wouldn't want to bet anyone at 3/1 in a best of three event especially if he could be rusty and take a bit of time to get going.

Unfortunately due to other circumstances I didn't see the Oregon game. Oregon 45 Washington 24.
Looks like the Ducks and Mariota are living up to the hype. Our bet is looking nothing but amazing Mariota was all we hoped he would be. Stats were
24/31 366 yds 3 tds.
At this point we are looking for who can match his performances rather than the other way round for the Heisman.

One try was enough to win the Osprey v Leinster match but unfortunately our man Hibbard wasn't the scorer.
In a brutal match with few try scoring chances Sean O'Brien capitalised on a wayward pass from Tebaldi to score the only try. Great result for Leinster, back to the drawing board for the Ospreys.

Vettel wins the Japanese Grand Prix. Alonso was 5th, so we aren't quite there yet, but we are very close.

Hibbard almost got across the line early doors, but it was not to be.

My first reaction was "he is different class, lump on", then when I saw it was 3 frames, I binned the idea.
