Think they will do well to make 50 here on this pitch

LOL ty
You can get get 169 now (England are 17 - 4)
Just shows how poor England bowled yesterday. Even at 97-5 they were bowling far too short, just seemingly obsessed with trying to stick it to the aussies rather than letting the pitch do the work for them like Harris and Johnson are now

Nasser has just shown us on third man: line and length gets wickets here. I'm amazed by how infrequently we have adopted that as a strategy, when it so rarely is a bad one. We don't have a Harmison to rough them up, but we do have two excellent seamers and we have either been too short, too full, too wide or too inconsistent.

Have backed Dappy at 14s and a little hopeful saver on Luisa at 35, guessing as a master tactician she might have some tricks up her sleeve and will go shorter. This is Luisa Tikay, runner up in the Apprentice. Amazing how many celebs are just people off other reality shite

I think it's more a sign of the queerness of fate. That girl almost had a big contract working for a huge brand, close to a massive name. She didn't get it and now she's on celebrity big brother.
Will she earn more from that than had she been working for Lord Sir Alan Sugar?

Bit stuck with regards to Channel 4 & Hills offers tomorrow. On the c4 website they are showing Wincanton & lingfield, but the times are incorrect & wanting to get on now, so a bit confusing
Wondering also if Wincanton gets called off, they putting Newcastle on?

From the class of each race, and the fact more bookies have priced up the 1515 than the 15:50, I would guess that the 13:30 at Wincanton is now the 13:45 and so on.
It will be Newcastle if they abandon Wincanton, mate.

Saturday begins well......
Thanks to four birdies in his final five holes, Jordan Spieth grabbed a share of the first-round lead at the Hyundai Tournament of Champions with an opening bogey-free 66. The reigning Rookie of the Year shares the lead with Michael Thompson, Chris Kirk and Webb Simpson.
Hitting 16-of-18 greens in Round 1, Spieth birdied four of his last five to shoot an opening 66 and grab a share of the first-round lead. In his first trip around Kapalua's Plantation Course, he was bogey free
.
Harris English is right there, too, 4 shots off the lead.
It is a short field, & we are on both those players @ 22/1, qtr odds 1,2,3,4, as suggested by Mr Ommmmmmm
