Broad gets the last wicket first ball. Seven wickets for him

Now to bat all day
How often is Chanderpaul not out. Bemused why he comes in so far down the order

obviously he's a limpet. selfish too. Of 40 run outs he has been involved in, he was the player "out" only three times

Five is about for him, would be good if Gayle and Sarwan were 1 and 4!

It is a bit of a farce. He should bat there when Gayle and the other swatters are in the team, but the slower and more deliberate balance in the side should lend itself to Chanders being higher up. No reason why he can't bat at at least 4.

Amazing stat for run outs. I opened the batting for the school in the first and second year then got moved to number 4. Then used to give the p.e. teacher a hard time if I batted through and we lost Smiley

At the risk of repetition.  Chelsea have bad problems with suspensions etc, but surely the 4.8 over 90 mins on betfair is too big for Saturday's match.  Are Bayern really that good?

I try to compare it with teams from the prem, i would say its Man U v Chelsea and by that reckoning the price is about right.

I liked Bayern all season and backed them at 14/1 to win it.

Its becoing tempting but i don't think there is any value in it yet.

This is effectively an away match.  If the sides were around even you'd expect around 2/1 Chelsea.  You can probably knock them out to through suspensions, so is the question is what is the normal gap between the sides and I don't think it is that much.  Will let others give their view though

Dtont really agree with that if the sides were even the prices to 100% would be 6/5 Bayern, 13/5 the draw and a shade under 11/4 Chelsea.  You can argue I suppose that Bayern don't get full home advantage in the game so they should be a bit bigger than for a usual home game but  I don't think it can be denied they are a better team.  On the plus side for your bet I am not sure you should make that big an adjustment for injuries given Bayern have Badstuber, Alaba and Gustavo out all starting defensive players.  I do think that given there are both starting centre backs out for Chelsea and Cahill and Luiz probably game day decisions I think overs are a decent bet and will probably go off shorter.  Suggest maybe 50 at 2.02 over 2.5 with pinnacle who, as though to prove my post from last night are bigger than every other firm on oddschecker.

What's coming up.

Cricket.

Chanderpaul to be top WI 1st innings batsman. No sweat on that today, he just got home for us (NOT in today's previously reported numbers though) so we have a winner already booked today. Nice.

We are also on an England Series win. Too early to judge that one, but it's fine so far.

Golf

We have all sorts in the World Matchplay today. Most of it revolves around Rose v Clarke, Rock v Clarke, & a double on the sme two. I don't actually understand how that works, it used to be a straight knockout jobbie, but it must be different now. At this moment, Rock is 2 up v Clarke on the 15th or 16th, so the first leg is nearly there.

We are also on Brandon Grace outright, & Colsaerts each way.

Basketball

Our Miami Heat lay is still a goer.

Horseracing

We have two little bets tonight, both at long prices, "Midnight Rider" (Newmarket) & "Botham" (Hamilton). Not optimistic, as they came from Chompy.

Football.

Nothing booked, but probably imminent action on Huddersfield & Chelsea.

you watching the golf tony?

it might go pear shaped - rock nearly holed his tee shot on 17, hit the flag and spun back to 6 yds, clarke knocked it to 4 feet and holed it - rock missed.

Rock has played so bad - have got the farm on rose to beat clarke later. backing at 8/13, 2/5 generlly now, should be 1/10.

Anyone watch the Heat game last night? Lebron seemed to take all the stick as usual, but have never seen a big player play as bad as Wade did. Looked completely disinterested and gave the ball away pretty much every time he touched it. Think he had scored 2 points byt the time I switched off with a few minutes left.

Heat look pretty terrible, they need Bosh back, or a massive turnaround before the next game or it could be as good as over before they get back to Miami. Battier has lost the plot, and apart from Chalmers last night, the the support act are playing pretty awful

Part one HOME!

Well done.

Just Part Two now, & if that comes in, we get the lot.

Good luck for you this afternoon, be rather a shame if you lost that lovely farm.

Haven't time for a full explanation, but our old friend Harris Tweed runs at York today.

However, conditions couldn't be more different than at Newbury..

I suggest laying him for a place for £100 @ 1.66

Yeah pretty much this...I have thought this for a while which is why I laid Miami quite a while ago..was kinda hoping they would win last night so I could max the bet up... but they were dreadful last night..there not a team just a bunch of egos wearing the same shirt..i thought lebronde might be the problem but wade looks the diva and he was openly arguing with the coach last night..everything seems to be running through lebronde but he tires and is shaky in the clutch. i think there missing Bosh more than thought..he seems there only genuine Big and Hibbert at 7"2" was forcing them to try and score outside the paint as well as scoring at the other end..

Bosh is supposed to be out for the series..pacers are playing above expectation and playing as a team..i genuinely think there gonna do Miami in this series..must win for Miami next game

We have placed it, though very little of it matched yet.

£100 lay @ 1.68, Harris Tweed, 2.30 York.
