Yes, you'd think it was, but stepping out of bounds with five seconds left is better than a lateral pass across the entire pitch with two defenders nearby, surely?

Should be way more lateral passes in the NFL. Reckon I'd be a fun offensive coordinator. Kevin Keegan mould.

I'd love it.

Move on, next case.

Colts @ Patriots, Donald Brown, OVER 60.5 Rushing Things, £27.50 @ 10/11, Ladbrokes

Colts @ Patriots, D Brown, over 90.5 Combined Rushing & Receiving, £27.50 @ 10/11, Ladbrokes

1-1, I believe, the first was a winner, the 2nd not so much.

The ODI Cricket starts in the middle of the night, too. Our early morning squeeze will be...........

James Faulkner, Top Aussie Wicket Taker (Bowler?), Aussie v England, 1st ODI, £20 @ 4/1

And for the series.......

Ravi Bopari, Top ODI Series England Batsman, £25 @ 10/1

Nothing to get excited about here, either. The first was a loser, & the 2nd got off to a poor start.

It was all going so well until Seattle scored that late TD......

Tighty is busy up at DTD so I'm back for one day.

Will the real Examiner please stand up?

Lord Chompy knew!

We all owe this man one.

Or in Freds case £99.

Fortunately the CESM's decided to take it easy on the Quins.

And boost Hector's ROI in the process.

This man was on the score sheet as well.

And leads the competition with five try's,

Doobs chipped in with a winner.

There were far better photo's but I quite liked this one.

After adding a further two bets to the misclick file, both on the same game and both yours truly, Tighty calls in the professionals to evaluate Tikay's mental acumen.

With startling results!

Drew Brees woke up in the second half to scupper our bets.

Can't win them all.

Tal puts his hand up for offensive co-ordinator role.

I don't really know what to make of that? Is it me or should there be Fire Chiefs, Hospital Administrators, Chief Executives on that map? Loving Nevada though.

Elisabeth Goergl beats our girl Anna Fenninger to win the Womens skiing.

And in the process becomes the oldest winner of a ladies downhill World Cup.

West Ham beat Cardiff to give big Sam a reprieve.

And put the pressure on Vincent Tans mini me.

The Camel questioned how many days Paul Ince has left as a Manager?

Paul Ince reckons seven.

This guy scored one.

Feel free to name him.

This guy missed one.

It was so bad it nearly didn't register on the radar.

Ant is still in mourning.

Quiz questions. What have these two guys done recently that is quite remarkable?

Please note it isn't a same sex marriage question, have a guess  though.

Later.

That NFL game was a bit of a disaster one way & another, Fred lost a lump, & some of us were on Seattle to beat the spread (fail), others were on the Saints. Minutes from time, defeat was wrenched from the jaws of victory, & we did our conkers.

I think that game should be honoured with the first ever Triple Eso Kral.

Fiorentina kick off at 11.30 on btsport against torino away. Tricky game especially without Rossi and Gomez still recovering. Torino are also without they top scorer too tho (Immobile).

Napoli and Roma both play at 2. Napoli away to Verona, difficult game as Verona have won all but 1 of their home games. Roma are at home to Genoa, should win.

Answer to the quiz question is that both shot an albatross (or double eagle for an American), on the same day. James Hahn at the Sony Open, Joost Luiten in South Africa.

Burnley man is Danny Ings.

Any Simpsons reference is good with me.

That episode, The Springfield Files, is from a great season, too.

Mulder: Mr. Simpson, we want you to recreate your every move the night you saw the alien.
Homer: The evening began at the gentlemen's club, where we were discussing Wittgenstein over a game of backgammon.
Scully: Mr. Simpson, it's a felony to lie to the FBI.
Homer: We were sitting in Barney's car eating packets of mustard. Happy?

Just as an aside - James Hahn is quite the character - this from last years Phoenix Open:

Rumours that he celebrated in similar fashion on Friday are unconfirmed.

There you go, embedded.

Have to say, I don't like to see this sort of thing on a golf course. Most undignified. Football, yes. Golf, or even Cricket, don't need this nonsense.

Technically, it sort of, well, lost.

He took one wicket, as did 3 other Aussies, but McKay took 3 wickets.

Next case.
