Just a FYI re Ladjokes amazing £25 offer. I know a few online punters who have been denied even a single £25 refund/ free bet (not me as they closed my account a while back).

They will be if the account they were using was not eligible for bonuses/free bets

Tbf to Lads that is quite standard practice and the punters really should have checked out there account status beforehand

What should be my next step here? I have no free bets, am due about 10 I think. I got onto live chat. Her response today was this:

Beth: Looking at your account I can see that you are no longer able to receive free bets from our promotions. I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience of this but you were informed of this through an account message in December 2013

I made her aware that as I wasn't sure to my account status, I'd checked with live chat before placing any bets on the game. I kept a copy of the chat, here's the key bit (from Sunday afternoon):

Jeff: there's nothing on my online account that means i don't qualify for this offer?
Jeff: just to double check
Daniel: If both your bets are losing bets then you would receive the 2x free bet tokens
Jeff: great ty

Her response today was this:
Beth: I'm sorry for the confusion regarding this and for any misinformation you received
Beth: However, you were sent a copy of the T&Cs of this promotion in the chat which state that restricted accounts will not receive the bonuses
Beth: You were also made aware of this bonus removal from your account via account message

What should be my next move, and what are my chances here? Always loved Ladbrokes me...

Sounds like a letter to the Racing Post job to me.

I think you're only fighting for one free bet really. If you check the t & c's it clearly says online only one free bet per account.
If you complain to their governing body I've found a good percentage of the time they give in immediately
I usually find that if they don't then, although you may win in the end, the time and effort isn't worth it.

I have however successfully sued Ladbrokes in the small claim court three times. All three times they settled for the full amount before it came to court.
The fourth time Ladbrokes UK convinced the judge that I was sueing the wrong company and should have been sueing Ladbrokes Gibraltar as it was an online account. The judge threw it out so I never did get my day in court.

IBAS the obv next step JaffaCake

1. Get in touch with IBAS
2. Wait about two months
3. Get a letter from IBAS saying they find in Ladbrokes' favour

100% this. Never known anyone approach IBAS and anything other than finding in the bookies favour.

I had a case about twenty years ago where I used to place a yankee type bet with decreasing increments so the Doubles got more than the trebles and the accum less again.

One day I put more on the trebles than the doubles, and staked it perfectly correctly, with 3 big priced winners.

Ladbrokes paid me out on the trebles amount the amount I had put on the doubles, saying that was the way I had always done it. Needless to say I went to IBAS, and they agreed with Ladbrokes. Apparently even though I staked it perfectly, they were mind readers and knew I meant something different.

At that point I never bothered with IBAS again, and have never heard a punter win a case.

If you just want to arb out free bets, just sit in Ladbrokes for a while and they offer enhanced priced "lock ins"

They just went 7/2 WBA to beat Everton tonight.

Had an email from Ladbrokes today, they were sorry I missed out on the offer as they paid out over £500 000 in free bets - are they sure it's only that much?

http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/league-1/peterborough-v-notts-county/first-goalscorer

With Britt scoring a couple at the weekend is 9/2 value with b365 for tmrw night with 1/3 each way seems pretty decent to me.

really like the overs in the wba games few reasons

Mel also has high scoring games as a coach (in last two jobs in spain anyway)

He has dropped/rested Mulumbu and Mccauley, he usually plays a fairly high defensive line if he does with Reid, Lugano, Olsson, Ridgewell that is worrying for unders backers!

On the plus side the midfield looks a lot more attacking tonight

Not saying it is a mis price or anything but close to evens is a fair price

There are a lot of numbers over 500,000

Chompy?

Each-way how many spots? Says "98 1/3" on Oddschecker, but no idea what that means. Britt is the main man and has already smacked in 20 this season in all comps. Just a shame seven of those have been in cup matches.

Notts Co have improved of late and our pitch is a mess at the moment. Wouldn't put you off it, wouldn't put you on it.

Swanson any time is about the pick for me at 6/1. He had his best game in a Posh shirt at the weekend, playing in Fatty's usual role.

Fergie doesn't usually change winning teams and is not happy with Fatty getting himself sent off all the time lately. Tomlin probably wouldn't get his place back but for the fact that Tommy Rowe is injured again. Ergo, Tomlin will probably start and a lot depends on where Swanson/Tomlin play. Even then 6/1 Swanson is deece.

Thanks very much, b365 do unlimited each way goalscorers and if they are best price it's usually a pretty good bet.
