Yup that's them, majority of the betting is done on lower league & womens divisions though, their top division is usually priced up a bit better. It's not uncommon to find a team that start the game on a -3/3.5 asian handicap and go on to win the match by double figures.

Still waiting for the season to start properly but there are a few cup competitions in play over the next few weeks, will be some decent bets kicking around if people have bet365 & sportingbet accounts.

I made her aware that as I wasn't sure to my account status, I'd checked with live chat before placing any bets on the game. I kept a copy of the chat, here's the key bit (from Sunday afternoon):

Jeff: there's nothing on my online account that means i don't qualify for this offer?
Jeff: just to double check
Daniel: If both your bets are losing bets then you would receive the 2x free bet tokens
Jeff: great ty

Her response today was this:
Beth: I'm sorry for the confusion regarding this and for any misinformation you received
Beth: However, you were sent a copy of the T&Cs of this promotion in the chat which state that restricted accounts will not receive the bonuses
