I am not a drinking man mate but thanks appreciate that
Is there an argument that Messi at 11/10 for MOTM is value here? The voting so far through the Fifa website shows the most "famous" player is winning this nearly every game (bar one)
My only thought on that is that the most "famous" player has often also been the one scoring. Just wondering whether the bias is quite as pronounced as it looks.

Fair point Tal
If Messi doesnt score or even play that great and gets it we might have something to work with.

Not putting you off, obv. Hardly seems like it can be a bad bet. Def becomes more relevant if they win 1-0 through Aguero and Messi still gets it for his assist or something like that.

I've said here and on the other thread that surely he should be odds on favourite in the group stages.
It's a popularity contest so someone would have to substantially outperform him on the pitch in order to get MOTM.
Messi is now a best price of evens on oddschecker, Betsson go 2.15. I've already got a decent bit on if Fred does want some.

Miami doing a really good impression of not losing.
22-6 with 4:48 left in the first

Bugger, but we took a bit insurance on the Heat at 2/1 I think.

Very much the LeBron show so far, although the spurs are fighting back. Leonard getting a three (nothing but net) to get the difference back to seven

Was out all night tonight for the footy and tried to get a bet on at hills as my betfair account was empty. Asked for £100 on benzema hattrick @ 25/1 (betfair was 28 to lay at the time). Manager offered £10, and the rest at 9/1! Asked how it could possible be cut by so much and the smug manager told me there are lots of goals being scored so far in this tournament (Hills no hattrick for benzema was priced at 1/100). How are they allowed to get away with this rubbish
